The terms herein regulate the purchasers use of products and services provided by ICCM . These conditions apply to all sales from this website as long as nothing else is agreed upon in writing between the parties.
This website is a retail portal of ICCM, ICCM is the registered business name of Irish Computer Consultants of Meath Ltd registered in Dublin, Ireland Company Number 442224, registered VAT number IE9660610P
The Client and ICCM are independent parties and nothing in the terms and conditions of this agreement shall constitute either party as the employer, principal or partner of or joint venture with the other party. Neither Client or ICCM has any authority to assume or create any obligation or liability, either expressed or implied, on behalf of the other.
Credit card and debit card transactions are processed securely, the card details are not visible to ICCM. Following a successful purchase the customer will receive an acknowledgment email confirming that the transaction was successful and the order is being processed, the acknowledgement email will include a unique transaction number and confirms that an offer has been received to purchase the product, the acknowledgement email does not constitute an acceptance of the order nor does it constitute a binding contract, a number of checks including but not limited to security, fraud, delivery options and stock levels will need to be carried out before an order is accepted and a contract to supply the product is entered into. The customer should ensure that they enter a correct email address during checkout in order to ensure that the acknowledgement email and any further emails are received. ICCM are not responsible for non receipt of any email sent due to computer system failure, spam filters, power failure or any other circumstance outside the control of ICCM. The acknowledgement email will include a unique transaction ID, the transaction ID should be quoted in any correspondence regarding the transaction.
Due to the high incidence of Internet fraud, your transaction will be subject to anti-fraud checks before any items are dispatched, if you select not to use 3D secure verified by visa or securicode with mastercard during your transaction, or the transaction fails our anti fraud checks then your order may be subject to additional anti fraud measures including confirming that you are the legal card holder and/or verifying the delivery address, these security checks are necessary and may delay processing of your order.
The 'beat any quote guarantee' refers a written quotation for a like for like computer related hardware product - to ensure the absence of doubt the quotation requested for a hardware product must be exactly the same model and part number with the same specifications. The quotation must be verifiable with the other quoting company and must be the other quoting companies standard price for the product and cannot be part of a special offer, time limited offer, 2 for 1 offer, buy one get one free offer or tied to any other special conditions or terms.
All information, product specifications etc displayed on this web site are intended for guidance purposes only, the product image displayed on this website may differ from the actual item, prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges unless otherwise stated, delivery charges will be added at the checkout stage, the total cost will be visible prior to the customer completing the purchase. Product prices may fluctuate due to currency exchange rates and supplier price variations. ICCM reserves the right to refuse delivery on any products with regard to price fluctuations and stock levels, all products are offered on an invitation to treat basis. An order confirmation does not constitute a contract, it is merely an acknowledgement that your purchase request has been received. An online order will be deemed as accepted when the payment has been received and cleared and the item has been dispatched at which stage a binding contract will have been entered into. All delivery times are estimations only and are reliant on courier and postal services that are outside the control of ICCM.
Next business day delivery is available for in stock items where the order has been received before 3.00pm on a business day (95% Avg next day delivery) or within 2 days (5% Avg). Items that are in stock will be dispatched on the same business day if ordered before 3.00pm, orders received after 3.00pm or out of hours will be dispatched the next business day, there may be a delay for items that are out of stock at the time of purchase but in any event these items will be delivered within 30 days of the purchase, items will be dispatched to the address provided by the customer during the transaction. All references to time are referring to working or business days (Monday to Friday excluding public, national and bank holidays). We reserve the right to change a given delivery time without the need for additional notice. Any changes in price occurring after the time of ordering will not affect an order that has already been accepted. If a pricing error has occurred, we reserve the right to offer you the item at the correct price or you may cancel the order at this stage.
In order for the courier to successfully deliver an order, the customers must make arrangements for someone to be available to receive and sign for that order. Couriers will not leave a package unattended at the premises the driver must obtain a signature and printed name to complete the delivery. As a customer has selected to obtain the products from an online company, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that there is someone available at the delivery address to receive the items. The Couriers will not guarantee a specific delivery time unless requested (additional fees may apply); the courier will delivery anytime during a business day Monday to Friday 9 - 5pm. Delivery will usually take place the day after you receive a dispatch email from our warehouse, but in some cases it will be the second day after receipt of the email.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the service that you have received you may log a complaint by email to ICCM sales or in writing. ICCM will make every effort to ensure your complaint is responded to and dealt with in a timely manner.
Any warranty and guarantee mentioned in the product description refers to the manufacturer warranty or guarantee. If a problem occurs with a product which is covered by the manufacturers warranty or guarantee, the customer may contact ICCM or the manufacturer to avail of the warranty or guarantee service. ICCM will endeavour to do its best to facilitate a satisfactory conclusion for the customer.
Consumers Sales: A consumer has the right to return any goods that are faulty, are not as described or are of unsatisfactory quality, the goods should be returned in their original packaging in the same condition as when the goods were dispatched, ICCM may offer a replacement or refund for the item. A consumer has the right to return goods within 14 days of the delivery, the goods should be returned in their original packaging in the same condition as when the goods were originally dispatched, all seals should be intact and the goods are in a resaleable condition. Any refund due can be created as a credit on the customers account or a refund can be made to the payment format that was used during the purchase, for instance if payment was made by credit card then any refund will be issued to the same credit card, if payment was made by paypal then any refund will be made to the same paypal account etc. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Products that are faulty MUST be returned to ICCM within 14 days of receipt. When the goods are returned, including all manuals, accessories and original packaging and the fault has been verified, the product will be replaced. Opened Software can not be returned - Computer software where the seal is broken/opened by the consumer including powering on a computer that contains software CAN NOT be returned. Consumer sales only - Unwanted software items returned for a refund will be accepted only if returned unopened within 7 days of purchase. Please be aware that goods which are mistakenly returned as faulty will be subject to a €30 fee excluding any collection/delivery charges.
If you need to return any goods, you should contact ICCM, you will then be sent by email an Returns Merchandise Authorization RMA number and delivery note, any goods returned without a valid Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will not be processed and will have to be collected from our office at the customers expense. Once a return has been authorized, the Returns (RMA) number is valid for 10 days. If the goods have not been returned within this period the returns authorization will expire without warning. The returns number MUST be fixed to the OUTSIDE packaging and must be clearly visible or the return will not be accepted. Do not write on the packaging as this may render the goods unsaleable.
Customers should ensure that any goods that are ordered are the correct and match the specifications that the customer requires, commercial returns are accepted at the discretion of ICCM and may be subject to a restocking fee, commercial returns will only be accepted where the goods are in a resalable condition, packaging is in pristine condition and all seals are intact and in the same state as when the goods were delivered. Products that are faulty MUST be returned to ICCM within 14 days of receipt. When the goods are returned, including all manuals, accessories and original packaging and the fault has been verified, the product will be replaced. Goods that develop a fault within the warranty period but after 14 days from receipt are entitled to a repair under the warranty. Some manufacturers will require that the end user contact them directly regarding faulty products, and not the retailer, this information should be available in any warranty information booklet which came with the goods, if this is the case please contact ICCM and we will provide you with the manufacturer contact details. Please be aware that your statutory rights are not affected, if you are having difficulty contacting the manufacturer, ICCM will contact the manufacturer on your behalf please note - it can take up to 6 weeks for ICCM to process a warranty repair. If possible the customer should contact the manufacturer directly to avail of the service under the manufacturers warranty.
The terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with consumer laws of Ireland applicable therein in accordance with EU regulations.
